PRIVACY POLICY

1. Each User and Client agrees that, by using the LinkedIn form, they provide SOFTBYTE COMPUTERS with certain personal information, including its name, surname and email address (“Personal Information”).

2. SOFTBYTE COMPUTERS collects Personal Information to compile the LinkedIn form, provide information to the Users and Clients and related purposes. It is mandatory for the Client / User to provide some Personal Information in order to access the Sponsored Content.

3. By using the LinkedIn form, each User and Client explicitly consents to SOFTBYTE COMPUTERS using the Personal Information for communication purposes regarding relevant information requested by the User and Clients.

4. In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, a person about which Personal Information is collected has the right:

• of access to and the right to rectify the Personal Information collected;
• to object to the processing of Personal Information;
• to lodge a complaint to the Information Regulator whose details may be obtained from SOFTBYTE COMPUTERS.
